 MemoThe Houston Direct Marketing Association (HDMA) is a professional organization with an interest in the practice, study and teaching of direct marketing. The HDMA offers opportunities to meet some of the most innovative and talented direct marketing leaders in Texas. HDMA’s mission is to provide their members with informative and educational tools to execute all direct marketing plans. We keep you informed on the latest trends and changes in the industry. We offer networking opportunities to meet, share and exchange valuable knowledge with like-minded professionals and direct marketers in the Houston area. Membership in HDMA is open to direct marketers, advertising agencies, direct marketing agencies, printers, mailhouses, catalogers, retailers and all others who desire to share ideas and work together to promote the industry.

MISSION STATEMENT: The Houston Direct Marketing Association’s mission is to educate it’s members on the best practices of direct marketing within all advertising, marketing and communications' media such as direct mail, print, interactive, e-marketing, broadcast, outdoor, events and promotions. We accomplish this goal by educating the local marketing community on the benefits of utilizing and integrating direct marketing to maximize return on investment of marketing dollars.

MEETING LOCATION: HDMA meetings are on the second Thursday of the Month. Local and national direct marketing experts are featured. They range from founding fathers, to the latest innovators in direct marketing. Meetings are from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., at the Polo Signature Restaurant, 3800 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77027. Cost is $30 for members and $35 for future-members who have RSVP'd 36 hours in advance. All walk-ins $40, members and future-members.
